I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Equinox. While the location is absolutely stunning and the staff were incredibly hardworking and friendly, the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor conditions of the rooms and some service issues. The dining options could use improvement, which was disappointing given the high expectations I had for this supposedly luxurious hotel.
